This policy explains how Loan Daddy LLC, doing business as DSCR Loan Programs (“we,” “us”), handles information collected through dscrloanprograms.com. We arrange business-purpose financing for non-owner-occupied investment property as a mortgage broker.

Information we collect

• Information you submit: name, email, phone, property state, property type, loan purpose, estimated value, loan amount, occupancy confirmation and any message you include.
• Attribution data: the page you first landed on, the referring site, and campaign parameters in the link you followed (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid and fbclid). This is stored in your browser’s session storage for the visit and sent with a form submission.
• Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and request time, used for security and abuse prevention.
• The DSCR calculator runs entirely in your browser. Numbers typed into it are not sent to us.

How we use information

• To respond to your request and contact you about it by email, phone or text, with your consent.
• To evaluate your scenario and, with your permission, share it with wholesale lenders to explore financing.
• To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and to keep the site secure.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, CRM and communication tools), with wholesale lenders when you ask us to pursue financing, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Communications and opting out

If you consent to be contacted, we may reach you by email, phone or text about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or ask us to stop contacting you at hello@dscrloanprograms.com.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet recordkeeping requirements, and we use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Based on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, email hello@dscrloanprograms.com. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law.
