DSCR Loan Programs and Loan Daddy LLC act as a mortgage broker. We arrange and shop financing from wholesale lenders. We do not make credit decisions, underwrite, approve or fund loans. Loan terms, conditions and approval are determined by the wholesale lender or investor and are subject to underwriting.

Every loan we arrange is a business-purpose loan secured by non-owner-occupied investment property. We do not arrange loans for personal, family or household purposes, and we do not arrange financing for a property the borrower or the borrower’s family will occupy. Applicants are asked to confirm occupancy and business purpose.
